Members Helping Members (VERY Important, Please Read !)

We have a program called "Members helping Members" that you will asked about when you fill out the form in the next step. If you sign up for this, your e-mail may be published in a guide available to other members. Unless one of our members is a spammer, this should present no problem. If you wish to participate, but have a problem with your e-mail being made available to other members, please indicate that when prompted in the form at the next step. That form also provides the option of having your phone numbers and/or address made available, or not. Obviously if you want none of those things made available, no one will be able to contact you, so participating is pointless.

We can, upon request, establish a NATCOA forwarding email address for you that will conceal your real address. If this is the route you wish to go, indicate so in the comments section. Just be aware that this can open you up to more spam, and also if you reply to an enquiry, your real email will then be visible to that individual. NATCOA is very conscious of respecting the privacy of our members. Our member database is only accessible only to 4 individuals, all of whom have signed non-disclosure agreements, on file with the secretary of our organization. We will sometimes contact a member on behalf of another member, and sometimes we send out bulk mails about rallies, etc., but we will never reveal your email, address or phone number to another member, unless you have OK'ed it. When we do send out a bulk email, we provide the option to opt out. (except for renewal notices). The newsletter is also send out via email.
